Ce efecte au fructele şi legumele asupra tenului

Un studiu recent arată că fructele şi legumele nu doar că ne ajută să ne menţinem în formă, ci au şi un efect benefic asupra tenului. Cercetătorii de la Institutul de Dermatologie Experimentală din cadrul Universităţii Witten-Herdecke, din Germania au descoperit că că tenul devine mult mai fin şi mai hidratat, în cazul în care consumi un concentrat de fructe şi legume scrie Huffington Post.

La studiul apărut în cea mai recentă ediţie a jurnalului "Farmacologia şi fiziologia tenului", au participat două grupuri de câte 26 de femei cu vârstă medie, având o stare de sănătate bună. Jumătate dintre acestea au luat zilnic, timp de 12 săptămâni, trei suplimente alimentare diferite bogate în micronutrienţi, conţinând pudră din zeama de legume şi fructe. Celorlalte participante le-a fost administrat un tratament placebo.

După cele 12 săptămâni de tratament, femeile carora li s-a administrat concentratul de fructe şi legume au manifestat o creştere cu 39% a microcirculaţiei tenului, cu 9% mai multă hidratare, o creştere cu 6% a grosimii pielii şi cu 16% a densităţii acesteia. Cele care au luat capsulele cu efect placebo au înregistrat o scădere a nivelului proprietăţilor tenului.

Specialiştii recomandă 16 legume şi fructe ca fiind benefice pentru ten, graţie conţinutului de substanţe precum fitonutrienţi sau antioxidanţi. Cele mai puţin cunoscute fructe benefice pentru ten sunt perele, avocado, iar în ceea ce priveşte legumele specialiştii recomandă usturoiul, varza sau anghinarea.
